So if internal piloting is not possible because the operating psi of the valve, that's when you have external which would be connected to the pilot port? Would this require a second regulator upstream, set at a higher psi, that is above that minimum operating pressure (spool shifting possible)?
If pilot operation is preferred for energy consumption (in large manufacturing plants, this savings could be significant), but requires your compressor(s) to work harder... I'm guessing that tradeoff favors the pilot operated option in most cases?
Good day. My air tyfon is not working correctly. It can start, but it did not stop by itself. Solenoid valve is opened but could not to close. Tyfon only stop when closed air inlet valve manually. May be you now what can be the reason?
Hello. 1. If manual operation is possible, it seems that the pneumatic is properly connected. 2. It might be a good idea to check the circuit diagram of the lead wire connected to the solenoid valve. I hope this was helpful.
Awesome video. I think here we are talking about internal pilot valves since there are also external pilot valves. Thanks.
Your video explanation is very good, the principle is also very clear, forwarded and shared. grateful!
Thanks ms pneumatic😊
Yeah, complicated one but explaination was brilliant, thank you, darling!
У меня такой вопрос. Можно ли заставить соленоид сработать бесконтактно? То есть подать на него напряжение без проводов, на расстоянии 10, 15 см?
Hi, Do you have a video showing how the pilot hole works on double-acting solenoid valves?
Great video.
Mam thank you 🎉
