I'm addicted to this game! The progression system is addictive, with a constant sense of reward and accomplishment. Y’know to be honest. This kinda feels like a rpg game between leveling up your weapons but at the same time a most impressive run and gun game somehow especially for how long the game is.
Hate how this game doesn't have trophies! I 100% it, aswell as the other 5 ratchet and clank games worth playing! Nexus is currently downloading! Can't wait!
+BlueLemonade Yeah, but she was left in Bogon galaxy. As we all know, we weren't introduced to Bogon Galaxy throughout PS3 genre ( we maybe will be in reeboted series ). That's why Insomniac never talked about her again ( my theory )
Yep. We have been left on a cliffhanger at the end of Into the Nexus. Clank asked Ratchet if he would use the Dimensionator to bring the lombaxes back if he could and he replied no. Then, Ratchet leaves the scene and Clank is left alone. The last thing we see before the credits is Clank taking the Dimensionator with him without Ratchet knowing, probably in the attempt to fix it. Plus, we know that the 2 robots, I forgot what their names are, are alive after the explosion at the start but Ratchet and Clank don't know. It's been 6 years since into the Nexus and I'm still waiting for After the Nexus
@kirkgunx This is a longplay, not a speedrun. You can probably look the differences up on Wikipedia. Part of the R&C charm is funny gadgets and their descriptions, so staying in pause to let people read it is very much part of the point of the video. Hope you learned something today.
I used to play this game on ps3 and now my ps3 stopped working and I can't play this game I love this game so much and now I have a ps4 which is trash I played ratchet and clank on ps4 it was garbage I want to play this game so bad and I cant:(
1:10:27 this stage alone is enough to get my rage pumping because of that free falling part because you constantly get killed all the time and you can't move ratchet at all i tried every button on my PS3 and non of them moves him and i don't know what this game means when it uses the word SIXAXIS Wireless Controler and i tried to steer my controller and that didn't do anything either
Ok by the time your reading this i found out that apparently you have to use a different kind of wireless controller and not any other kind of controller to get across this area which is completely stupid and makes no sense since let me get this straight you can use controls like this for everything else but not for steering? Whoever at insomniac games came up with this idea should be fired on the spot. any kind of controller should apply to this not just one specific controller
@@Garyfan2001 weird. If you have a standard PS3 controller it should work. Btw, if you have trouble with moving the controller around at that point I'm pretty sure there's a setting that allows you to use L instead.
The Last Ratchet and Clank that i Played was A Crack in Time and i'am Glad i Stopped Playing R & C after that Game. The newer ones are Not so Good anymore.
For a 2007 PS3 game, it's actually quite shocking how Insomniac Games was able to make such great graphics. Today it might not be anything new but back then this level of graphics used to be thought of as practically impossible.

Callum Wnt I quite enjoyed it, its shorter, and the price reflects that, but its a great epilogue to the events of this game and Crack in Time.
+oliver parker I'm hoping that this game will be re-release with trophies and other goodies. This is still the best Ratchet and Clank game ever.

I know this is super old, but setting the Swingshot to a Quick Select slot is strange, you use it automatically whenever you get to a grapple point.
