The Fiat 500 DolceVita Hybrid is powered by a three-cylinder petrol engine - without additional turbocharging. The naturally aspirated engine has a smooth 70 hp and is coupled with a belt starter generator - or RSG for short. This technology is also used in the Fiat Panda Hybrid . Depending on the situation, the RSG either supports the combustion engine or generates electricity for the additional lithium-ion battery.
According to Fiat, the mild hybrid should consume just 4.1 liters of Super per 100 kilometers driven. On request, the DolceVita is also available with a 1.2-liter gasoline engine. This makes 69 hp and comes with a Dualogic automatic transmission. The prices for the Fiat 500 DolceVita Hybrid currently start at 19,486 euros for the sedan and 22,021 euros for the convertible.
We were able to test the Fiat 500 DolceVita as part of an initial contact . Here, too, our test car had a stylish paint job. This is called Gelato White and is combined with a red and white “beauty line” that runs around the vehicle. There are also various applications in chrome and 16-inch wheels painted white.
The Fiat 500 DolceVita Hybrid is offered in two body versions. The sedan rolls forward with a glass roof as standard, while the convertible - called the 500C - is equipped with a white and blue striped, electric convertible top.
