I'm glad the one you got wasn't broken. I had to buy the CE twice (got a refund for the first one, but still). The bad part was, Amazon had ONE left in stock, by the time I could even afford to buy one (this was around January or February of last year, so not even back in 2017). So, yeah, it arrived and this huge magnet that had been glued to the inside of the Sega Genesis casing (that the statue of Sonic is standing on top of), had come loose and was moving around inside, broke two of the screws that holds it together, and ripped the wires inside apart from where it all connects to even work. Anyway, got the refund, then I had to find a new one on Ebay - but I did at least find one for under $100, and it arrived NOT broken. But yeah, this is all such an awesome release. I'm only bitter now that the game did get a physical release besides this CE, but I'm not really complaining, I still love the CE.
Lamarr, you do deserve fans because even though you just review products and try new things, you are still really funny and entertaining, you make us want to see you review products because you create a connection with your audience and that makes us fans! Keep up the good work!!!

This is fantastic. I had a Sega Genesis when I was a kid and I played it so often that I almost wore the thing out. I think Sonic is standing on a replica of the Sega Master System -- the predecessor to the Genesis. This is absolutely tremendous and I'm happy for you, Lamar! 2D Sonic is the best Sonic. ;)
