Mama P 🌺 you will be alright and so will Isiah. This is a tough one on the heart❣. When you see him again in a month you'll be surprised you made it but made it you did. ❤ My mother's heart and one who has been where you are now. many Moons ago 🌚. Woman are resilient. Best wishes to all in the family ❤
You guys should look into Ryan and Rose cutie clips or lanyards to attach to the masks! They are made for pacifiers but I have been using them for my masks and they are amazing!! Check them out! That way when she takes it off it will just hang from her shirt.
I love how y’all asked Abbie “did you like his room? Was it cool” And she nods head she knows exactly what y’all are talking about and it’s so beautiful seeing that she understand Isaiah is going to school and that’s his new room ❤️😭
Awww when y'all dropped off Isiah an Percilla cried I teared up. You can tell she loves him so much it just kills her mom heart to leave him behind. My mom did the same thing when my husband an I moved to Fl, we've moved back since then. Im actually from Nc and live right across the line in VA but the hubby an I are going on vacation to Boone, Nc next month! Not to be creepy but I gotta say how awesome it would be if I happened to run into yall while in town, that's me
Asa and Priscilla: You two are some of the most amazing parents out there, who have raised such an amazing young man in Isaiah. App State is so lucky to be getting such an incredible, kind, and talented student. I'm not a parent, but as someone who just recently graduated college, Isaiah is definitely ready. Sending much love and support to everyone. And to Abbie: don't worry sweet girl, your brother didn't leave you. He will be back soon so you two can wrestle together. You have Summer with you, so you still are gonna get all the love in the world,.
To see Abbie wear a mask more often with minimal fuss is just so amazing! I remember how much trouble you had a couple of months back, you guys do such an amazing job!
Fire alarm at my college went off 50 times in the first semester, no lie. It housed 1000 students, AND had gas leak issues so you can imagine why it would go off so much.
I couldn't wait til my kids went to college. I enjoyed the quiet and finally had me time. Now my kids have family of their own and I get to enjoy my grandbabies. Be a grandmother is an absolute amazing feeling. I was blessed to be able to raise 4 beautiful children and see them grow into amazing parents. I'm so proud of them all.
When Summer rolled down the window and you just see Abbie rocking and smiling 😭😭 she’s so adorable & then when Priscilla and Summer were talking I love how Abbie has her head just resting on her hand like “ok y’all are done let’s go eat”
I love watching your videos. We need more amazing parents like you guys. I came from a broken home...so all this is just a "wow" to me. So beautiful to watch, especially the bond you guys have with your kids, the level of respect, and how far the both of you go for them. Thank you for sharing your lives. 😊
Aw Priscilla. You’ve prepared Isaiah for this moment. You’ve both done such an amazing job. Isaiah is awesome. Abbie is gorgeous. I loved it when she sat on the ground with her head against the wall. So cute. ❤️❤️
It was worse when my 18 year old son went off to air force basic training..but it's the beginning of their new life..Isaiah is such a sweet, caring young man😘
My parents cried so much when I went to college especially my mom. I was only 30 minutes from home for the first 2.5 years and the last couple I was 45 away from home. Isaiah is going to the adventure of his life and do great things! Time also flies, he will be home before you know it!
So stinkin proud of Abbie wearing the mask. It seriously brought tears to my eyes bc I know how hard that must have been for her. You go girl! Just love her! 🤗❤️😍
I have to tell you when Isaiah couldn’t find his wallet it made me laugh so hard. 15 years ago we dropped off our son at school 8 hours away and that very night he lost his room key, today he works for a local college and he is in charge of their housing department handing out keys to everyone. They do grow up and I feel your pain of letting go, my husband took me to Disney after we left him and I still cried like a baby. Also when the ambulance showed up that happened at his school and everyone thought it was for me, it wasn’t. I love you guys
Congratulations, Isaiah, and I hope college goes well for you, and you're able to learn everything that you need to and more with ease! I'm sure that you're already making heaps of new friends! Cheer up, Priscilla; you'll see Isaiah more often than you think! Also, I'm sure Abs will keep you on your toes so much so that time just flies by!
I did that with my daughter about five years ago. I can understand everything you’re feeling. But I think you said it right is it’s his time to spread his wings and fly and that was the best thing I thought about when she moved into her dorm. Have a great time enjoy your college years. Thanks for all you do for us
Oh my heart! 💕💕💕 I remember going off to college. It was so hard leaving my family but I always kept in touch. And it was a great learning experience. I was 8 hours away from my fam as well. Hugs to all!
It’s even worse when you only have one child..so difficult...and than they love where they went out of state for college so much that they stay after graduation. Get an amazing job and buy a house. Difficult, but proud of my son and thankful we’re so close that he invites me out often!
spoly 813 I plan to for retirement. Stuck between staying local for my Mom and wanting to be near my son. For now my Mom wins. She doesn’t my want me to move away until she’s gone because I help care for her so I won’t move yet. :)
Watching your vlogs everyday makes me feel like a part of your family. I feel like I’m sending my own child off to college with the emotions I’m having. As parents, the best thing you can do is to have raised a child who is confident enough to go off on their own and spread their wings. As someone who went away from home to attend college, I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. I grew so much as a person and prospered beyond my wildest dreams. Isaiah will undoubtably do amazing things thanks to you both having the strength to let him set out on his own! Much love to your family! ❤️
I’m so insanely impressed with how quickly Abby has started to get used to her mask and how she’s leaving it on for such lengthy periods of time! so cool to get to see that!
Awww he’s gonna love it here in NC! It’s a beautiful state with mountains in one side, beaches in the other. So proud of Isaiah and excited for this new chapter in his life 😊
The emotions you feel are a testament to the amazing bond you have with your son! Great work Asa and Cilla, you have raised and supported an amazing individual! Big hugs from Adelaide, Australia🐨🦘💌🌻🦋
Mentally preparing myself to cry so much lol, I think about my children going to college only 2 years old & a 3 month old got a long way to go but still lol.
The first two minutes of the vlog perfectly sum up college - rain stops when you get where you’re going and random fire alarm going off. Glad he lofted his bed. He will like that a lot! Have so much fun in college! We will miss you so much but so proud of you! Enjoy every minute of this new experience!
My mom cried like a baby when my parents dropped me off at college. You guys are amazing parents and I hope you see that! You should be so proud of not only him, but your whole family. I wish him the best of luck at school! Isiah, you are going to have such a blast!!!
Hopefully Abbi doesn't struggle too much with not having him around all the time anymore, buy I'm sure you guys have already thought it all through and have a plan for if she does struggle with it alot
Priscilla makes me cry every time she tears up. Big hugs!! My son has been gone since January, he is a Marine, and I still have my days. Hugs to you all!!
Isnt she adorable. I would be so tempted to hug her if I saw her but know she wouldn't like that. But she feels like family as I have watched this family a couple years. Lol
Pricilla - You and Asa have done absolutely WONDERFUL with Isaiah. He's going to do amazing and learn even more amazing things - all because of you two! Again, its not like he's NEVER coming back. If he never moves back in, Isaiah will always come back and stay a few days or whatever. He's always going to be there for y'all.
I would be a complete and total mess too Priscilla.. i cried dropping my kids off when they started kindergarten . I can't imagine dropping them off college
It’s so different here in oz cause in Australia even when someone moves away and lives on campus hours away it’s not a big deal, maybe because we’re not as big as a country so even if your 12 hours away you arnt too far haha enjoy the new season of life! What a great experience for Isaiah
Loved when he opened the door to hug Cilla & sweet surprise. You can tell they have a special bond. Praying for an easy transition for the family , learning to live without him in FL & a safe adventure filled freshman yr of college.
Y’all have so much energy. When my parents and I finished moving in we passed out. Congratulations to all of y’all for moving into the next chapter of your story!
Oh no, y’all. Freshman parking is a few miles away. You have to take a bus, it’s not even technically on campus. State Farm lot is a big hike. There’s a dedicated bus on campus just to take people there. He couldn’t take a scooter or a One Wheel.
I so get what you are going through. This is a new chapter for all of you. Wishing you all a smooth transition filled with love and laughter . Looking forward to your journey . ♥️
You both are such AMAZING parents. ❤️ Pricilla you are so right when you said, “ You think they’re ready. And they’re so not.” You both have raised a wonderful young man.
So I have an idea if Isaiah has a camera at school then every week or every two weeks there could be like a little segment in the Vlog where he is Vloging and just talking about his week and the stuff that he’s been up to at school
What a sweet family you are! I cried when my boys went off to college, too. My oldest went to college only an hour away and I still cried. You are right, though, your family does change when they leave.
Cilla it’s ok to be feeling all the feels, I’m feeling them watching you. I have a college senior this year and I soooo remember pulling away after moving her into her dorm her freshman year. I promise you all will find a new normal and the ache your feeling will be filled with pride as he grows!
I am crying too. My son is getting married next year & I don't want him to move away. He lives right next door to me as of now. We are one big happy family.
Y’all should be so proud. Truly parents of the year! That boy is so lucky to have y’all as his parents. I really look up to you both. You guys are the $HIT!
Abbie sitting by the wall is the biggest mood EVER
I was gonna comment the same thing!! Love her!
That was me when we moved my sister in the dorms
Isaiah is like thee nicest kid ever. You guys did a great job raising him.
I just want to hug Priscilla so much everytime she tears up.
ME TOO ,SHE MAKES ,E GET TEARY EYED EVERYTIME SHE CRIES
Mama P 🌺 you will be alright and so will Isiah. This is a tough one on the heart❣. When you see him again in a month you'll be surprised you made it but made it you did.

Same
Ditto, sitting here tearing up bc she is!

He is going to love App! Hang in their momma!
Abbie is doing unbelievably amazing with her mask while outside the dorm.
She is doing so well, so proud of her for keeping it on as long as she does.
Well done Abbie
.💗 True 💗.

Priscilla hugs to you. It's hard to let go. Hardest thing us mother's have to do.
Oh my gosh Isaiah with that sneak around for the cuddle with Cilla to make her feel better 💙 that caught me in the mom feels bless him
I agree 💞
"Draw inappropriate pictures. I don't care." Never heard that from a parent before 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Said no parent ever lol
@@kelsiedaisley5626 exactly lol 😂
Abbie being typical little sister lol just so bored and over it while her big brother goes away to college 😂

Agreed 💞
To see Abbie wear a mask more often with minimal fuss is just so amazing!
I remember how much trouble you had a couple of months back, you guys do such an amazing job!
College: where young adults go to be desensitized to fire alarms.
Literally 😂
Where literally every time an alarm goes off - “Alright, who burned their freaking popcorn?!”
Or who burned the pizza??
Or intentionally pulled the fire alarm. 😂
Fire alarm at my college went off 50 times in the first semester, no lie. It housed 1000 students, AND had gas leak issues so you can imagine why it would go off so much.
Love how he came around and hugged Cilla when she started to cry! Sweet boy!!
Abby’s hug to Isaiah looked like one of the best goodbye hugs!!
I couldn't wait til my kids went to college. I enjoyed the quiet and finally had me time. Now my kids have family of their own and I get to enjoy my grandbabies. Summer: Yippee! I get to move up a row in the car. 🤣
No crying Pricilla. You have spent all these years getting him ready to go out on his own.
He's on his own now and perfectly capable!
It’s hard for any parent to leave there child at college. I would be sad to Priscilla .
When Summer rolled down the window and you just see Abbie rocking and smiling 😭😭 she’s so adorable
& then when Priscilla and Summer were talking
I love how Abbie has her head just resting on her hand like “ok y’all are done let’s go eat”
Fire alarms are *always* going off in first year dorms, sorry. Love the lofted bed look, that’s definitely the right move to conserve space.
Abigail has such a beautiful smile, her eyes light up when she's excited.
I love watching your videos. We need more amazing parents like you guys. I came from a broken home...so all this is just a "wow" to me. Thank you so much for sharing your lives with us!! Love watching this journey and it’ll be ok momma! It’s ok to cry, you’re raising some great kids.
I feel like any time you’re moving it automatically starts raining. It’s like the weather just knows all my important stuff is being brought outside
Almost every year of my undergrad it rained on move in and move out days XD
Honestly, Boone doesn’t help the situation. It rains most days.
The weather here in NC has been soooooooooo rainy. I am so over it
I freaking love that kid!
He came to hug his momma because he knew she was sad. 💙
It was worse when my 18 year old son went off to air force basic training..but it's the beginning of their new life..Isaiah is such a sweet, caring young man😘
It’s so hard with basic training because you can’t really talk to them
@@Dancer56831 I know grl..I joined at 17, thought I was tough..but it's the best thing I ever did for myself( except having my 4 kids..lol)

Love that you shared these great moments with us. I cry every time Cilla does!

Did all the years with my only kid. Go with the feelings, and get ready for so much pride! You have done well and set him up for success!
Abbie did so well today with her mask!!! And Isaiah’s room looked nice!
It’s beautiful to see how close y’all are! He will be fine. I believe y’all prepared him well!

Abbie in her mask is impressive! Grown adults cant even do it. Way to go Abbie!
How well you raised your children shines. Isaiah is such a great young man!
He is lucky he can have his car. Most freshman’s here can’t bring their cars around here.
Great adventures ahead for the whole family. That brings gs change. Thank you for bringing us on your journey!
The thought of Ab going to college chokes me up

Put that access card on a lanyard ASAP! That saved my sanity in university and college! Just wore it all the time
What a fantastic job you have done bringing up this fantastic young man he's a credit to you both both.

Someone probably burning ramen in the microwave. That's what seemed to always cause the fire alarms to go off when I was in college.
Y’all have so much energy. When my parents and I finished moving in we passed out. Congratulations to all of y’all for moving into the next chapter of your story!
He needs his Scooter so he can go to his car a over a mile away..
Why is car so far away??
I didn't have a car when I started in college, but I did have my bike which helped me a lot.
They should bring his scooter in September.
Or his one wheel thingy!😀
Oh no, y’all. Freshman parking is a few miles away. You have to take a bus, it’s not even technically on campus. State Farm lot is a big hike. There’s a dedicated bus on campus just to take people there. He couldn’t take a scooter or a One Wheel.
Colleen McIndoe Why couldn’t he take his one wheel I would’ve guessed he would have to get around campus and such
I so get what you are going through. This is a new chapter for all of you. Wishing you all a smooth transition filled with love and laughter . Looking forward to your journey . ♥️
Gonna get myself cool calm and collected before starting this vlog. I’m not ready to bawl just yet!
