Your podcasts have an "Easy Flow" to them. It makes it easy to get through the content. Your content i dense with material/questions. I love it. Keep up the good work. I know it is a lot of work to pull all this together and find time to play too.
In table tennis training, one of the training techniques is called multi-ball. The feeder feeds balls at a fast rate to specific locations in a rapid manner. The feeder just feeds and lets the hit balls fly by. This is used to force the hitter to hit smaller, reload quicker, and read faster in a way that will be faster than the traditional flow of the game. When you talk about fast hands, it might be a viable training approach if you have a 50 ball bucket and someone willing to feed. Example: ua-cam.com/video/xhzlIXLr8_w/v-deo.htmlsi=FpBfzC8YzFN-quT3 . That feels very similar to what you want to develop when your talking about handling random counters at the kitchen.
Really fun and educational listening to you guys. Thank you hosting this podcast.
Thank you! 🙌

Thank you! Let us know what you'd like to hear next.
Great content! Would love to see that two handed forehand. Do you have to switch the left hand to below that right hand?
No! I don't switch the hands. It's basically backhand grip but I hit a forehand! It's really quick and really short (swing).
I leave the right hand as is so the hands are crossed actually. Like a left hand low golf putting grip.

Yes! Love that. We do something similar sometimes, but it's a good reminder for sure.
