The other lift in M&S wasn't working when Supera Lifts did his lift tour here over 6 months ago, that can't be good

The Sports direct lift announcements at 7:30 sound more like a train announcements than a lift voice. It even has the London Underground Piccadilly Line voice.
I thought that as well! It also sounds like Southern.
5:18 that Schindler m-series has now been modernised this year and the other m-series is turned off.
When was this filmed?
I went to M&S on 22nd January 2022 and the Ecodisc was switched off.
