As someone who purchased a Silver ticket along with a talk ticket and to photos with other actors, accommodation, travel and other such necessities, my main interest was seeing the John Watson exhibition as that character means an awful lot to me. I also, was more than a little upset to see the lack of effort put in and could tell straight from the off that it was a money spinning event. There was nothing beneficial in purchasing a Silver, so I can agree with your comments wholeheartedly. The highlights were meeting the guests at the event and that was quite blatant. As was the event circulating around mainly Sherlock, the character, not much else.
