In that war game WE PLAYED TO LOSE.
1. We had no AWACS= The Indians did.
2. We had no Ground Contro/ GROUND RADAR. The Indians did.
3. We were not allowed to simulate for HIB, THE INDIANS DID.
4. Out zFightet jets were not allowed to use our HOBS WVR IAM-9X but the Indians had both the Python-4 and R-72 HOBS WVR MISSILES.
6. We were not allowed to use our AMRAAM-120D for BVR but the Indians were allowed to simulate for their Aamtans and R-78-1 and R-77M.
7. Indians were allowed to have a 10 to one advantage over our fleet 😂

India had a deal of MIG 21 fighter jets in 1961-1963 and they are still in service because regular updates have been given by the Indian Airforce, though it will soon be replaced by Tejas. So why can't India update Su30 which are not that old.
As well as India played very sensibly by purchasing 24 old Mirage from France in just 300M dollars because these old Mirages can provide all the required spare parts to our Mirage fighter jets which are already in service.
I think we should upgrade our Su30 to the next level.

When these types of exercises are taken the airforce of partaking countries switch off their radars so that other party cannot know about the capability of their radars.

1 year ago super sukhoi ugrades were declared ,which has much more powerful uttam AESA radar which is even better than rafale , advance avionic, electronic warfare , radar absorbing paint which makes it little bit stealth ...some other additional sensors r also added ...hard point to be increased by extra pod ...it will now have better astra mk3 missile ...this upgrdades make theme similar ..even better in some cases

Indian pilots are far better than their Soviet/Russian/Chinese counterparts. They all will fly the same aircraft but it's the sheer training given to IAF pilots that sets them apart.
