Bounty clash is fantastic for dealing with annoying challenges like setting people on fire. Free hunter, 4 fire beetles, dragon breath, hide in a bush and just spread inferno
Having randomized loadouts would solve another personal problem I have with this mode, which is having to spend drastically more time in the menus. If you're on a losing streak I feel like you could be spending as much time preparing your loadout and loading the game as actually playing in a match (yes presets exist but I usually like to play with different guns each match). Maybe it's just my personal perception, but having to deal so much more frequently with menus (especially with the current state of the UI) has been a considerable turnoff for me
Honestly so true about no custom loadous. Didnt consider that when I was sobbing over getting fire beetle trained in the first minute directly after a harrowing match lmao. Nice work with the dolch too! I always get excited to have one and then I miss my shots because I never use the thing lol. Having finally hit that high 5*/6* MMR the opportunities to just pick one up mid match have risen exponentially lol.

Had an awesome match in bounty clash with 2 randoms. Both my allies died. One in the boss room and one at the top floor of la plata. I had romero talon and got seven kills got the revives off. Fun game mode!
When I learned that his gamemode didin't restrict custom loadouts it dissapointed me since it would mean everyone would be having the same loadout even more than base game. Honestly a mechanic where you save your soul just like the other gamemode would be better
My only real gripe with this gamemode is there is little to no return or profit hunt dollar wise, so for those of us who prestige a lot or don’t have a ton of hunt dollars in reserve it is a serious money sink if you can’t consistently win, usually wind up bringing free hunters for this reason, at least in normal bounty hunt you get a few hundred hunt dollars back if you investigate clues
I was wondering if there could be a 2-3 minute prep section of bounty clash where you have slightly more roaming range just outside the clash compound to try and pick up random tools and weapons while you spawn in with a naked hunter. Then, if you don't make it to a certain boundary/checkpoint after the prep section time is up, you get like a penalty when the clash actually starts. Not enough to fully cripple you, but still something to incentivize you to be as efficient as possible during prep
I kind wish that BC was more like SS, no teams, no pre-made hunters(mainly because no necro), as well as your weapon/tools spread across the compound suggestion. For real this game mode should have been Clash of Souls and set up like SS in one compound.
Honestly, I feel like you could fix the reward problem and loadout disparity (it's much more advantageous to use a free romero hunter right now), by making people wager a number of hunt dollars before the match, and if they get out with the bounty they get idk 1.5x the amount they wagered
A good option would be just to have this mode not lose any hunt dollars. Have it as a fun casual mode. And allow a mode where it can be no loadouts is a good suggestion.
I want to like this game mode but its too much risk for little reward (unless you bring vulture), should also do the random loadout thing because that would just add to the fun ngl.

Haven't tried it myself, I play 99% solo and it just doesn't seem like a decent solo experience.

2. Just kill them from 30 yards away and take their stuff.

If I can go in as a duo and I'm bringing a springfield with doom doom ammo and can still wipe the map the game mode isn't broken.
