tracing like this can sometimes mess with the outline of the object. if you look closesly, jerry's outline had become uneven once he deleted the white background.

Well, not all of us gets the so simple icon. I got a female character of a lady which had alot of colors and when I traced her under high fidelity photo, it got weirdly blurred when I zoomed it

So every color becomes its own layer? I can use that trace tool to make SVG files that can be cut out with a cricut die cutting machine? That’s insane! Right now I’m having to do every single color by hand on my iPad and it takes hours/days! I need my MacBook to get here already!

I think he used the create a shape tool, and dragged out a square.
There is a color picker tool that looks like a medicine dropper. Use that to click on the color from the original design, once you have that color selected you can fill the white box with that color. Also he copied and duplicated the original box so that they all are the same size
