Still bumping this mixtape track 16 years later. Mixtape hip hope just hits different than streaming shit young artists rely on these days. Heads would take more time to refine tracks back then even for mixtapes because they would have to eventually take the time and effort to burn or press the CDs or they pay someone to. Just being able to post some shit on sound cloud or Datpiff has removed that effort filter and allowed for more trash to be released simply because it's easy to do so.
