Stranger Things' BELOVED Star Nearly Didn't Survive..
Welcome back to Film District. According to the writers of Stranger Things, season 2 fan favorite character Bob Newby was almost murdered by a Mind Flayer-possessed Will Byers. Season 2 of the hit Netflix sci-fi series was released on October 27, 2017. Following a successful fourth installment earlier this year, Stranger Things season 5 is in development and will bring the acclaimed show to a close. It is expected the final season will arrive in 2024.
Hopper is the one who has journeyed from the deepest despair from losing his daughter to the greatest hope and determination in finding Eleven and Joyce as people to care about again. It may still be that in Stranger Things season 5 Hopper dies, but perhaps this time the sacrifice will be to protect Eleven and inspire her to stay strong in her struggle against Vecna. Hopper's presence in Stranger Things season 5 will inspire both Hawkins and the audience that the Upside Down can be defeated. Had he stayed dead, things not only would have turned out worse in Stranger Things season 4, but they would also have looked incredibly bleak in Stranger Things season 5.

Am I the only person that never trusted Bob? Idek why, I guess because I don’t trust characters that just come in with a big friendship already, no introduction. But idk- i kinda still don’t trust him, even tho he’s dead 💀
