I have to agree with Black Pistol Company. It's more than livestock lessons. You are the kind of person that would make a good friend.

I think the pig videos when they are little are my favorite. They are timid but curious. They run from you but then start slipping up close to see what you're doing. I love your pole barn Mr. Pete. They are truly a multi purpose structure.🐖🐖🐖🐖🐖🐖🐖🐖

Going back in time watching these videos in very random order gives me such insight as to what the future holds. Poor little Harvey. You melted me with the care you at least gave to the little guy. Better than just being crushed by mom I guess. He tried to hang in there. And you did all that you could. I’m loving these older videos. Sorry that I didn’t find you earlier. You make me want to quit my job and go farm. But I know that I could never actually do it. My family has no farm to pick up on now. But we sure did used to. My uncle Clarence was a sure enough pig farmer in Wisconsin. I was born on a farm. You have a beautiful family. I’m getting caught up. I’ve been watching a LOT of your older videos. I love them all. I especially like your older tractors and the way that you very logically approach farming. You could literally post a painting video and you’d make it interesting. Man that’s so crazy how the pigs will bite you. You know better than I that they’re actually trying to eat you. I used to take my naps with the pigs. True story. The farmer had to make all of the gates Dwayne proof. You have such a beautiful farm and you explain everything so well. Your beautiful wife and children are awesome. I’m going to watch every single video that you have. I’ve not commented all that much but have liked them as to not watch them again until I’m caught up and just need my “Few acres of farm” video fix. There’s literally nothing that I don’t like about your videos. You deserve every subscriber you have. Have a great day.

I have a dedicated fencing tool that is amazing. The tool is the lone exception to the rule, “multi tools do many things but none of them well”. Pliers, hammer, staple puller, wire cutter, wire twisting ability, etc.

I started watching and subscribed to your channel today. I plan to start a small hobby farm to become a little profitable when I can retire. I watched hours of your videos today but what you said about trade and craft "sure you are happy on the short run, get new car ect" but then you want the next thing. Then the next, all you want is better than what you had. That touches me and it is so true. Thank you and good job on your channel

Hi Alexandre, thanks for subscribing!! That summarizes the rat race today; always wanting new stuff. I don't run into many people who see what's going on and choose to step off that train. Glad you got that tidbit!

I have a pole barn a lot like this, and the pen looks great and doable for me...maybe I will try a few pigs. Can you do a video on pig management of the pen? Cost analysis of pig raising?
Will be watching for more pig vids! Also, maybe numerate from one to however many different livestock you have, in order of best profit animals to raise.
    Another great one!

Hi Russ, it would be a tight fit in a 5 gallon bucket. We have lots of totes around the farm for carrying chicks, and they work well for piglets too.
