Sounds like a plan! I’ve given my initial impressions of the Skycamp mini 2.0 and I will do a long-term review and comparison with the 3.0 soon; ua-cam.com/video/1HNCmSrtu8M/v-deo.html
Hi Christophe. Agteros here. We are doing a 3 week trip through Botswana end of Aug with our Companion. Have you been to Botswana with yours? Do your travel with water on board?
Great review fella. I am just about to buy a second hand aus spec uev 440.How does it tow? Would you know your ball weight when its packed? Thanks mate
Hi Paul, I haven’t experienced sway on mine. Make sure that you don’t have too much weight at the back of the trailer. Your trailer nose needs to be slightly down. I usually tow at around 100 kph. Other than that I would speak to conqueror if it’s still a problem. Cheers, Christoff
Hey Christophe, I'm looking to purchase a Companion, what informed your choice compared to the Commander the one with a side door. I see you normally do solo trips, do you allow people to join you someday
Hi Mathew, the Commander's weight is more than my max tow limit and it's obviously a lot bigger than the Companion. The Companion still sleeps 4 but it's easier to tow. Have a look at Overland Bound if you're interested in joining some of our organised trips www.overlandbound.com/
Great video, I would definitely like to see a full trailer review, including lights you use for getting around at night.
Any chance on making a full review video for this? Also on the ikamper mini RTT. Much thanks for the great content!

@@GetOutGO Awesome can't wait. Thanks for the great content!
Solid video Christophe, from you I expect nothing less than impeccable.
Thanks Mathew!
Yes, a full review would be nice, including solar panels, etc.
Great setup for base camping!
It’s heavy to tow but yes, it’s great if you have a family / base camping
Awesome video, cant wait for the car camping.
Thanks! Watch this space 🙂
Great setup! Love it.
Christoff, wow! Thanks. Now you just need to tell us where you purchase your SAFA pants and your trusty beard cream!
Hahaha pants are Jonsons and beard oil is Buffelsfontein baardolie (not sponsored) 🤣

Hi Agteros, yes I've been to Bots with mine many times (ua-cam.com/video/G1hlfJy_vMI/v-deo.html). We usually travel with a full tank of water.
Hi Kristof, where did you get the canvas cover for the Pantry closing from the outside. Is it specially made?
Hi Wynand, I got it from Conqueror Northgate. I would imagine any of the Conqueror branches should be able to help you.
That's how I roll, I like the t Shirt
🤙
Full review please...
Great review fella. I am just about to buy a second hand aus spec uev 440.How does it tow? Would you know your ball weight when its packed? Thanks mate
Thanks Vik! It tows easily on and off road (I have a 3.0 turbo diesel motor). The ball weight is between 50 - 100 kg depending on how you load it.
@@GetOutGO Thank you very much, I have been looking at the smaller conquerer and Echo soft floor models but this UEV 440 looks perfect! Cheers
Hi Christoff. Aslo have a Companion. Does yous also sway behing thr vehicle and if so how did you correct it? Regards Paul

Where was this filmed? Looks like a nice camp.
Two different camps ;) most footage from Willem’s Rus in Dinokeng but with some shots from Lerako camp in Botsalano game reserve (both nice camps)
