Sunderland have city centre where you can get your shopping done. If that’s what you meant by market. As for the night life, Newcastle city which is close by is better. Business life is fair enough and depend on the type of business.

Of course Sunderland does have pubs the night life. But it’s not every busy especially since the pandemic but it’s a great city with big dreams if you know what I mean. I will see if I can work on a video about Sunderland’s night life. Just keep an eye for that…
