In addition to realizing the level of SR&ED our business will always be eligible to as confirmed by CRA and SRED PCQ results! and now this video to prep our startup t2 before letting a CPA try to take 20% contingency of our hard earned R&D.. Your advice is so identical to everything we do. More imprtantly it has so uch value. I would buy you a coffee if I saw a button jeje even a car HAAHA but will def share your advice thankyu *1mil!!! you will come across this again from us I am sure...
Thankyou for your video , I am filing my T2 Corp Tax returns . I actually paid GST twice to CRA by mistake. So this amt will appear in Sch 100 GIFI 1066 as Assets from this year to all subsequent years , until CRA refunds it back ?
hi, I am in Alberta as well, Smoky Lake and a bookkeeper. I am wondering how I find out if a corporation has been struck off and if it has how do I re register the corporation in Alberta? Thanks George
This is only for provincial returns. This is different from a corporate return. If you're doing a corporate return yourself you will need software, such as Turbotax or any other ones accepted by CRA. You will have to fill out all the appropriate schedules. You can also do paper schedules if you prefer, there's a revenue limit until CRA stops accepting paper returns and only accepts software returns.
I didn't know it was so easy. Thank you from a first time filer!

thanks so much for this. I am also in Calgary and want to incorporate.
good stuff really. Please what about incorporating federally vs provincially?
It's confusing because I thought this had to do with corporate taxes, right? Annual return vs tax return? Is this a common confusion?
I know that I found this confusing at first... in that this 'annual return' is different from the 'income tax return'
Good video, would be nice if you told us how much it cost at the registry. Thx.
Thanks Carolyn!
