I feel guilty that I'm depressed, because everyone tell me that I have so much to be thankful for. I just can't explain it to them.
Dont feel guilty, there is nothing wrong with how you feel, I have 4 amazing children a roof over my head i do the best for my children and they truly are amazing, all differing ages, 19 18 11 and 6 but I have depression, and its sooooo crap, you feeel low you feel bad then you feel guilty for feeling that way, its a vicious circle, here if you ever need to talk, love from thw UK :-)

Don't ever ignore your feelings, as there IS good reasons for them.
