    Mr Afeez Agoro is a special breed from God. The first time I saw him, I couldn't believe my eyes. That was the time he returned from United States and we live together for more than a year before I left Lagos. I respect the supports Alhaja Agoro and the family members always give you. Love you so much sir!💯💕

    I think they should have highlighted his good parts though. He should be in the NBA. Secondly, he has a beautiful voice and could become a great presenter, voice over artist or even classical musician. He is certainly not disabled, but very able to be anything he wants to be. Infact, he could be a brand ambassador for great sports brand. He just needs some coaching and packaging to shift his mindset

      Na lie...Is he a chattel that he should be anybody's property. No country confiscates a person for being taller than average. A lot of professional basketball players are of similar height as him. There is nothing unusual about his height unless the reason his height is as it is is a result of a pituitary problem.
      People can be tall due to diet, genetics, or maybe an underlying medical condition.

      You can be tall but if you don't have the talent to play basketball, no one would offer you shit because you're not bring shit to his table. No free money/food anywhere in the world.
      If he offered Nigerian government something meaningful, I bet you he won't be overlooked.

    Complications: Tunnel vision (Poor/absent peripheral vision), Joint pains, pins/needles on wrist (carpal tunnel), Heart wahala (Hypertensive cardiomyopathy), colon cancer etc

    • @Admire111
      @Admire111 6 років тому +1

      Consider that the cause of this is a tumour in the pituitary - a gland found in the brain. This tumour secretes EXCESS growth hormone (GH) making him grow very fast .
      A simple blood test (OGTT) screens for this. A brain scan (non-contrast CT) would have identified the tumour which would then be excised surgically. This should all have been done by the doctors when he first presented at 18/19.
      For now, there is no benefit for surgery - It won't make him reduce in size. I'd imagine he is on medication to suppress the excess GH secreted by the tumour.
