He glanced out of his apartment in Los Angeles and saw his car on blocks, all 4 tires gone. Brand new car, by the time his car was repaired, the bill was 12k. We, law abiding citizens are paying dearly for these crimes. My car insurance (clean record) has doubled in the last couple of years. I don’t know about anyone else, but I am fed up with the crime in California, and I would join the mass exodus from California, but my husband’s work is here.
