but if you pose for nude pictures aren't you aware that someone is going to see them and maybe laugh at them the guy said that the plaintiff started making fun of him first and making jokes on him why would he do that knowing that he was so ashamed of the pictures he posed for before makes no sense he had to know they were out there he got paid for them sometimes it comes at a bigger cost then people want to deal with he shouldn't have gotten any money he has already been paid for those pictures or advertisements whatever they were

And in general, personal life stuff whether being in internet or not, cannot being used to cause you emotional, spiritual, physical harm. That's harassment.
