As a Healer you'd want the light armor passives active on you, so wearing a Light Armor Set on Body is the best. Then you have sets that you want to have active all the time, which makes them good to wear on body as well. If you are not using any ability altering weapon, you can have one set always active on body and the other always active as weapons/jewels. If you are using an ability altering weapon though, pick the set with the biggest impact on gameplay to wear on body. Spell Power Cure for example is a set you want to have always active, so it's better to wear on body. Rallying Cry on the other hand, you can wear as jewels and back-bar weapon and activate its effect every time you use appropriate skills from that bar.
There haven't been much changes for Healers. There are some nice scribing skills you can add but Warden and Arcanist with Templar close behind are still my top picks.
Olo - is nice but better suited on an (necro)offtank who can throw it in party - spc ist mostly more usefull spc - goat stonetalkers oath - yeah no, fucks with coral (dps) so just dont use it pillager - definitly yes jorvulds - together with roarings

I've literally been using SPC since it came out and never replaced it 😆 🤣 , probably never will unless I am amazed by something else.

Arcanist and warden are the best, Templar and necro are great too. Sorcerer also got a nice buff a couple updates ago
