I buy swingman jerseys to be honest. Of course I want authentic, but I'm a college kid man....i'm not about to spend 275-300 for the jerseys I want just so I can go to parties and the beach. Everyone loves my swingman jerseys, I get at least 5 compliments every time i'm out. I own an 95-96 Grant Hill, 88-89 Joe Dumars, and a 96-97 John Stockton. I couldn't really careless if someone is upset at me for not breaking my bank just to enjoy some of my favorite all time players and jerseys.

You can't do a comparison on two different types of jerseys! Despite the fact that the Lakers jersey is fake, it's a completely different style of jersey... it's supposed to have the large holes!

Not sure when you mAde this good informative video but at least for the brand new adidas 2016/2017 authentic swingman jersey that comes from official team stores and nba store and goes for 110.00 if you look at the official details at the official stores under swingman you will see now that all the numbers,logos,names are sharp looking smooth twill but ALL heat applied and not stitched. A new comfort cooling material is being used too and you can spot it because in the mesh little vertical lines throughout and you can't see through it. Very comfortable. I have personally seen stitched jerseys that look plastic or bumpy, shiny....and find the heat applied patches are sharp looking at comfortable. Both can be awesome,just depends on how they turn out. I've see China ones look amazing as well. But yeah I ain't lying about real gnaw swingman jersey being heat applied. Just go to official nba store or a team store and look under description details. Plus I've bought an authw one and it's for sure like that. The only stitched ones now are the top priced nba court used for over 200.00, 250 or fakes. The official licensed nba replica are screen printed, and swingman are heat applied, court authentic are stitched but you rarely see those in many official shops but they are there. you mentioned something about the neck, I can say lakers neck is usually sapped like that v neck , and not because it's fake, it could have been better if you compared genuine and fake of the same team

im super confused. i own a Chicago "Los Bulls" jersey and the patch at the bottom is exactly like that of your Celtics jersey. but the stitching on the "Los Bulls" letter have little string popped out. and the letter is this weird plastic feeling piece to it. if you could help me out to find out if its real it would be greatly appreciated!! if you need a video i can post one for you showing my jersey!! in fact ill probably do so tomorrow.

i would say replica because if you get rough with it at least you know its the cheaper jersey and its easier to spend 40 dollars to replace then one that cost close to 300

the quality of the knockoff jerseys went up; definitely passable. and it's hard to find jerseys 5+ years old that aren't fake or real and overpriced (really, a john stockton swingman? LOL). for the savings its coo to just wear around and look good in. sucks they're not real tho. take the good with the bad.
the lakers is an authentic jersey thats why it has the larger wholes (even if it is fake)..... thats how the authentic jerseys are meant to look, large holes and climacool on the left of the jock tag and the nba tag on the side is only for the swingmans.
therefore they both look real as one is the rev30 swingman and the other an Authentic on court style jersey

The ones they sell in places like JC Penny's or some places in the mall are official merchandise but they exclude features and sell them for cheaper. If you watch people at the games, a lot wear the cheap ones without the white outline on the purple stripe. And the arm holes are cut differently.
