- Neo4j Field Engineer Max De Marzi gets down to the basics of Neo4j and how graph databases enable whiteboard friendly modeling and real-time queries of highly connected data. He covers the secret sauce which enables this under the covers, plus discusses which use cases benefit from it the most.

Amazing talk! I especially appreciated the low level description of how relationships are stored on nodes.
Max lovely talk. Two requests: 1. Modelling: you said we should try to not add more than one label per node. It would be great to hear a future deep-dive topic from you on just that narrowly scoped (not really) topic. Because modelling is hard in Neo4j, and that one decision has far reaching implications. 2. You spent 4 minutes on slides bearing the title of your presentation "Secret Sauce". It still wasn't enough for me. Again, a deep dive on those internals would be great, or maybe you can suggest a link?
Hello thank you for the awesome video!! where can I find the "dating site" example/websites that the host talked about in the video? I would love to learn more thank you!
Very good indeed!
Is possible to have a version with higher sound?
Thanks!
Sorry, but this is the recording we have. We do have professional captions for all of our videos though, so we'd suggest turning on captions if you have trouble hearing something.
Can you provide a link to the Marvel reference from a previous GraphConnect?
This looks like it vimeo.com/79399404

can you reccommend a tutor/mentor for me ... im in school and having problems with certain aspects of neo4j (importing csv etc.)
Here's a quick step by step guide to import your CSV through to exploring in Bloom. We have a rich community over on Discord if you want to check that out.
How can I use it like something with django framework for web development in python ?
Have you seen this? github.com/neo4j-contrib/django-neomodel
It's not very active but may be helpful for you.
@@neo4j Man that a crazy fast response I haven't even completed the video OMG, I will definitely check the link, thanks
I would also like a coding tutorial for Cypher Language a step by step guide of some sort
@@dhaval1489 haha we try :-) multi-tasking while deploying some lambda code for the community site.
@@dhaval1489 the new Introduction to Neo4j online training covers quite a lot of Cypher: neo4j.com/graphacademy/online-training/
It wouldn't be weird if your car drives you
