    Because I only like solo music and music of the same family of instruments, I enjoy hearing these videos of older instruments played outside of their mixed instrumentation contexts.

    I could not understand why this sublime work needed an actor speaking 20th century poetry. The clue's in the title: "Passion", of Our Lord Jesus Christ. It looked like trying to secularise or dumb down this music - possibly the greatest artistic work of all time.
