- Theres a Matco box break in video going around so I thought i'd share my $16k mistake... all you need is a long 90° style firm pick...look between the top drawer and frame with box locked and you can see the loop in lock linkage. Hold that bar in the up position and you can open every drawer...UPDATE: They fixed my box to where I can't break in it. At first they installed plastic clips to fill slop in linkage holes on box structure. I could still open it. So they sent my rep with a straight linkage rod (without the step bend) it fixed it.

I have 3 matco boxes. Although it's not that easy. It's not hard to break into Matco boxes. Just a matter of removing 2 or 3 little metal plates held by small little rivets. I can break into a matoc box in less than a minute.

I don't know. You could easily fake this. You have to push the drawer release to the side on snap on boxes, if you just pull, even a unlocked box drawer won't open.
Epiq dont have the slider, it lifts. It better than the old slider

Wow that some shit you pay all that money for this box and someone can just pop it open and steal all you shit just that fast I'm definitely not getting a snap on box now!
Just about any toolbox is that simple locks are made to keep honest people out

Stupid to share better to tell your dealer you want your money back
If you read the descripition you'd know that they made a new linkage rod for mine that made it impossible for me to break in it now...sharing for everyone else
