Yes! I actually hadn’t watched Scandal, was watching Unprisoned and was so impressed by her that I just binged Scandal. Saw the Viola Davis episodes and was so moved. Unprisoned is wonderful. I also want to recommend the Netflix documentary Daughters, about a program that helps incarcerated men and their young daughters spend a few hours together in a party setting. Just keep the tissues nearby, I cried through the whole thing. And the org that does these in-prison events has documented that the men who have participated in that program who do get paroled have an over 90% rate of non-recidivism. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
