(Japanese has its own unique forms: omission of subject and object, euphemisms, overuse of metaphors and allusions, tendency to hide the true meaning under words, etc.) Therefore, a simple word-for-word literal translation will result in strange English, and the meaning may change from the original text. Especially in the case of lyrics, this tendency is very strong and direct translation is very difficult. However, most of TULIP's lyrics are relatively simple and clear. However, "ASHITA NO KAZA" is an exception to this rule, as Abe's lyrics are not specific, but rather blurred in terms of what he is talking about. Or, he intentionally creates ambiguity by overlapping multiple positions so that the listener can imagine and create several different stories on his/her own. Therefore, when translating, I first identify which of the possible stories is the story, taking into consideration the historical background, and then translate it into English.
