    We have been eating Beef & Goat & Chicken and Alhamdolillah no constipation issue coz we eat enough Fat with it in the form of Ghee,Butter & Olive Oil , etc. Also we eat very little Bread & Rice and other Carbs which causes constipation! Also drinking water early in the morning in the empty stomach and avoid drinking with the food is another key component for normal bowl movement!

      You have elaborated very well. Excess of everything is bad and low fiber diet if combined with high fiber diet and water then you won't have any issue. Everybody has different situation and diet and there are also different ways to prevent constipation. People can get and idea from your experience that understand their body. They can get rid of this constipation with just small lifestyle modifications

      You are right. We have to sometimes repeat same concept so that our viewers should somehow memorize while they are watching. Sometimes we translate sentences to urdu so that our audience from all education level could understand. Otherwise points covered are not repeated. In psychology when you repeat things there becomes new neurons for that particular information. This is called consolidation. Anyhow, We have noticed your concern and will try to take care of it🙂

      اور کھاؤ پیو اور اسراف نہ کرو۔ بے شک وہ مسرفوں کو دوست نہیں رکھتا۔
      "And eat and drink, but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allah) does not like those who waste by extravagance." (Quran 7:31)
      Dekhein agar apko qabz nahin hai to ap har halal chez kha aur pi sakty hain. Agar qabz hai to ehtiaat kar lein jab qabz khatam ho jaey to phr mazy say khaein. Umeed hai apko answer mil gaya ho ga.

      Thanks for your feedback. Our viewers are from all walks of life. Our main focus is less educated audiences who are from far flung areas where medical facilities and awareness about diseases is less common. Persons like you can understand but those with less medical knowledge find it difficult to understand medical terminologies. What we do we first say original medical terms in english then in the next sentence we say its literal meaning in english and then urdu and in next sentence we elaborate in a simple way for our uneducated target audience. That's why we have to paraphrase the same concept in different styles so that everybody can understand. This technique in psychology is called "Memory Consolidation" and by using this technique by repeating the same concept short-term memory is converted to long-term memory because new neurons are developed with every repetition. We don't apply this technique all the time just to those concepts which we think are difficult to understand and should be consolidated.       Yahan 5 say 6 conditions aisi hain jo aik jaisi alamaat kay sath hoti hain. Pictures say bhi koi idea nahin hota. Jab tak check na karein kuch nahin bta sakty.Aapko apne general surgeon say raabta karna chahiye takay woh aapki health history sun sake, aapke symptoms ka tafseeli jaaiza le sake, aur phir aapko sahi tajweezat aur ilaj de sakein. Is tarah ke masail ka hal asal wajah par munhasir hota hai.

      Daal, chawal, kichri, aur boiled aloo woh sabziyaan hain jo qabz ke ilaj mein madadgar ho sakti hain, kyunke in mein fiber hota hai jo hazma ko behtar banata hai aur stool ko naram karne mein madad deta hai. Magar har shakhs ki shakhsiyat aur jism ke amraz mukhtalif hote hain, isliye agar aapko qabz ki shikayat hai to behtar hai ke aap apne doctor se mashwara karein. Woh aapko behtar hidayat denge ke kis qisam ki ghiza aapke liye behtar hai aur kis qisam ki ghiza se parhez karna chahiye.

    @drimtiazhussain Sir me nay doctor ko check krwaya tha us ny mujhy kha ky apko fissuer hay at 6'o clock. Sir pehaly mujhy bohat dard hoty thy lakin ab mujhay nahin hoty dard lakin blood phir ata hai.

      Sub say pehly ap apny qareebi general surgeon say examination kliay check up karwaein. Wo check up kay baad decide kary ga keh kia karna hai. Aapko general surgeon se munsalik raabta karna chahiye takay woh aapki health history sun sake, aapke symptoms ka tafseeli jaaiza le sake, aur phir aapko sahi tajweezat aur ilaj de sakein.

      Caster oil ko milk ke saath qabz khatam karne ke liye istemal karna sehat ke liye mushkil ho sakta hai, aur yeh behter hai ke aap isay seedha istemal na karein.       Is video mein is khorak ka btaya hai. Magar apko agar qabz hai to yeh ehtiatein karein warna jo khorak is dunya mein hai aur khanay wali hai to khaein piein magar asraaf na karein.

      Dekhein agar apko qabz nahin hai to ap har halal chez kha aur pi sakty hain. Agar qabz hai to ehtiaat kar lein jab qabz khatam ho jaey to phr mazy say khaein. Umeed hai apko answer mil gaya ho ga.
