    Instead of doing silly “workouts” of things you do in actual paintball. Workouts should be focused on training muscle groups using resistance and also calisthenics. This simply makes you look foolish in my opinion.

      Thanks for your opinion, my friend. "You develop on what you are practicing". This is just part of my paintball-work out back in the days, just some ideas that helped me get stability for my marker, upper body and get better grouping of paint, and stamina to do this snapshooting over and over again in tournaments.., (when I was not on PB field with team, or in the gym or doing cardio) dont take it too seriously.. have also fun with some drills :) I can do breakdance, acrobatics, martial arts.. but just handstand- push ups does not really help on the snapshooting in tournaments. Individual skills, team skills, Cardio, sport specific foundation, speed drills, functional training, etc.. we need all those...and how much, Its individual - always.
