If you don't believe try then try searching the training they had to do in different branches like Indian airforce, para SF (special force), COBRA, NSG, etc ... But they will show you 10% of their strength, cause it's military secrets .. no one knows what they do...but I can say it, it's too much.. even a normal person can't take it.. and our best force is "MARCOS"
