    It's a pity the instructions are half complete. I struggled with my C1C for a few hours until I figured a few things out. The items I feel should be included, or made clearer, in the guide or video that would have helped me are: 1) When trying to connect to your home/office wi-fi the SSID broadcast must be set to enable. Only after I selected "Enable SSID Broadcast" did my C1C make the connection. 2) Some features like selecting motion detection can only be set from the software that is available for download for the PC. I downloaded and installed the EZVIZ STUDIO software for Windows (does not have a Mac version) and then I could set up notifications, alerts and motion detection easily. Now the unit is working just great and I'm quite happy with it.

      Thanks for that..I've been struggling for a while because we have a busy street in front and it keeps alerting to cars passing by.....and I have a Mac so I guess this is going back

    May I know how to view it if i am at work? For example i have one installed in my house and i go somewhere else, can i access it on the internet? I am planning to buy but i am having technical difficulties 😆

    I have lost the QR code on the bottom of the camera and cannot find the box. Is there another way of setting up the camera without these?

      Hi there, if you used to add this device to your account then you can continue to set up it normally. If you can find the SN Code on the bottom of the camera you can also use this code to set up it. If all of these have lost the camera may cannot be added and set.     I want this to keep an eye on my elderly mum (she's 97) she does not have wifi .. will it work without ??

    Does this pick up for outdoor activity

      Depending on where you put it. For example, if you put it near the window inside your house, then it might be picking up some activities for outdoor. But overall, please use the C1C indoor since it has no IP rating.

    On set up they have to send you a verification code they did not send mine so its returned back to the shop be careful when buying this not good

      One question.I am living very far from home,if I install camera in my room here and can I give access of this camera to my family who are very from here and Bec of travel restriction I can travel to home,so access to family members can be given remotely.

      The power cord is 3 meters long. And there's a schedule for motion detection available.

    I forgot the email for this camera. Now its useless because it cannot be reset unless you have the original email. Not a very good system i don't think.

      You can only add your C1C to one EZVIZ account, but you can also share the C1C with other EZVIZ accounts. In other words, if you'd like to view your C1C on multiple phones, you'll need to have multiple EZVIZ accounts.

For example, it might be the case where the two devices are being placed in different location; plus the mic position on these two products are different, too.     ভাই আমি কিছুদিন আগে Ezviz c1c একটা ক্যামেরা নিছি এখন হয়েছে কি আমার ক্যামেরাটা প্রথমে আমি একটা ডিভাইস থেকে জিমেইল দিয়ে কানেক্ট করছিলাম পরবর্তীতে ওই মোবাইলটা বিক্রি করে দেওয়ার পরে পাসওয়ার্ড আইডি জিমেইল সব ভুলে গেছি এখন আমার নতুন মোবাইলে অ্যাপসটা ইন্সটল করে সাইন আপ করছি কিন্তু ক্যামেরা একটিভ করতে পারতেছিনা এখন অ্যাপস এর ভিতর কিউআর কোড দিলে এরা বলতেছে এটা অন্য একটা জিমেইল দিয়ে সাইন আপ করা আছে এখন আমি কিভাবে আমার এই মোবাইলে একটি করতে পারি বা আগের সাইনাস যেটা ওটা দূর করতে পারবো যদি একটু বলতেন ভাই আমি এখন অনেক বিপদে আছি এ ক্যামেরাটা নিয়ে। 😭😭😭

    I have 8 useless Ezviz cameras. the installation sucks. i can't get it to connect to my 2.4g network. whatever upgrade they did it's just trash. when i changed ISP, the camera stopped connecting to the new ISP. i followed all steps but won't connect. A bunch of 8 cameras is about to be thrown away. will definitely never use my money to buy stress again.
