In this lecture, we will cover Class 7 geography NCERT chapter 6. "Natural Vegetation and Wildlife" (part 1)
In part 1 of chapter 6, we will study about what is natural vegetation, and how it varies with climate, temperature, rainfall and landscape. We will cover the meanings of coniferous trees, rhododendrons, tropical evergreen forests and tropical deciduous forests. Then, we will understand the difference between evergreen and deciduous forests. Lastly, we will cover the hardwood trees and the wildlife found in these forests.
All the points of the chapter have been explained in a very simple manner. This way, it will be very easy to understand these concepts for class 7 exams, as well as, various competitive exams, like UPSC, bank PO, cds, ssc gl, etc.
