Thanks a lot Phil. Your tutorial 's are really great and useful, it gives me the opportunity to do a little bit more that just use the apps. Carry on to share your works on Nao and other robots.
GermanRobotics Many Thanks GermanRobotics, very much appreciated. :-) If there is anything that you can think of for any new tutorials, then please let me know. Thanks Phil
I think I have a newer version of Choregraphe, and I can't find the "set stiffness" icon that you clicked before you started animation. (it was the one next to "animation mode", and above "pose library"). Do you know how to set the stiffness without that icon?
Hi Asha, yep, some of these tutorials are getting a bit out of date, due to new software release. so I need to update them. I am working on a new NAO course, so will let you know once I have completed it :-)
hei I have a small issue after I move his arm up and press again on the stiffen chain on/off he is moving his arm back to the original position. Do you know what might cause this problem ? Thank you very much !
+Asha Harris yes.All you have to do when you are working with it's joints is to stop the autonomous life(in choreographe is the blue heart in the right top corner). Let me know if you manage to solve the issue.
Robo Phil i have a question. So i was tasked with making a two minute dance for the nao robot and i was wondering how you would go about it. I have made timeline after timeline but it takes alot to get anywhere close to two minutes what do you recommend? Thanks
+WarturtleGames Hi Warturtle, good question. I would try and pad things out, with repeating sequence's, this way you can copy and paste parts, so you are not editing every second of the video?. Is this any help?
filip stevens Hi Filip, the new tutorials I am working on, are actually what do with NAO straight out of the Box, so hopefully I will be able to answer your questions on there. :-)
I know that each gray box is a key frame, but does the robot go to the position when the line just passed the key frame or right before it passes it? PLEASE RESPOND!!!!
James Buynitzky Hi James, if I have understood you correctly, the robot goes to the position when it is on the key frame. I hope this is some help?, please explain more if you need more info. Many Thanks Phil
