My own hair growth progress and success, I stuck to this routine:
Take early morning sunlight every day for essential vitamin D. Eat vegetables of various colors. Applying paraben and fragrance free hair shampoo and massaging twice a week with hair oil from litttleextra's cocooonion oil. Imp. to keep in mind that hair growth is influenced by overall well-being as well as circulation and nutrition.
That is 💯 correct. Ultimately your hair reflects your health and has everything to do with your overall well being and nutrition 🙌🏻
I am happy with the positive results I got with cocooonioon hair shampoo and oil.
I love how you break down each category! Also don’t stop posting girl ! Your channel is a great , you just earned another sub 😊
Omgosh this is such a kind comment! Thank you so much for this! I have another video coming this week!
Love this Landy!!! So full of knowledge! 💙
Thank you so much!🥺🥺 And thanks for watching!
Hey, I have keratin treated hair. What shampoo do you think I should use
Hi there! I would say buying any sulfate free shampoo and conditioner that is salon quality. Preferably from the salon section at Ulta or Sephora.
If you have really stubborn frizzy and unruly hair, I would say get a frizz fighting and smoothing shampoo and conditioner that is still sulfate free!
hey! i have really frizzy short hair. it’s super thick, and after it dries from the shower, it’s all over the place even if i do brush it. do you have any recommendations?
The Matrix shampoo and conditioner I mentioned in this video would help you greatly! Its specifically for helping frizzy hair!
I have normal hair, but sometimes frizzy so which one should I use
Idk what you consider normal, but the shea moisture brand helps with the frizz in my hair. You can also try Castille soap for shampoo and It's a 10 Silk Express after showering.
I would love to see a video on Andrew Fitzsimons Virgin repair products. This is such a recent brand that there are not reviews on it (:
Hi Lori, thank you so much for the recommendation! I will definitely have to look this brand up, haven't heard much about it.
This was very helpful 😊 Thank you.
Thank you for watching! 🧡
Very helpful, thanks .

Hi! So sorry for the delay! I would say you should try the Redken extreme shampoo & Conditioner for repair.

What is the noise in the background? Very informative video. Thank you.
Between you breathing in heavy and the background noise it drove me crazy
Love this! Thanks for the info! Would love to see a video on a routine for us curly girls!
Thank you for the suggestion! I am definitely going to push for it!
hi!! any shampoo, conditioner & leave-in recommendations for virgin, fine, frizzy 2a wavy hair? i have an oily scalp but drier ends. olaplex & pureology hydrate sheer is too heavy for my hair.
I was so excited for this video!! Thank you for the education 🫰🏻🤍
Love your videos landy! Your closed captions are off.. can you please turn them on for deaf folks like me :)
Thank you so much for the feedback! I will definitely do that in my future videos!
Best shampoo and conditioner for thick unruly dry hair ? It’s past my butt
What do you recommend?
I absolute loved this video❤️ what would you recommend for fine shoulder length colored treated hair that does not have a perfume smell?
What do you think about Sally’s beauty products like the ION line 🫣🫣
How long did you use Nioxin and what do you use now.
So good!!! Missed the videos !!!
So I bought the Nioxin #5, and I need to say this, DON'T. It has such a strong peppermint scent I feel like I crawled out of an old ladies purse. The conditioner has two different mints in it, peppermint oil extract and menthol. My scalp has that cold fire feeling all over, and didn't go away until it was dry. Plus, you have to be super careful not get it close to your eyes or private bits. I thought it was a good cleansing duo but the smell is too strong.
Also, I want to say that horrible noise in this video has to be an editing choice, there's no way you had the same sound continuing throughout your recording. Please don't use that again.
