The fact that the bill leaves the definition to the one defined by an outside organization means that organization can change the definition anytime and any way they want to without needing Congress to pass a new bill, effectively taking it out of the control of the American people.
Furthermore, it declares that identifying those responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus is a crime, thereby outlawing the New Testament.
It's the reason why "Its okay to be white" signs are now felony hate crimes in Florida.

This bill isn't going to stop people from speaking out against the genocide in Gaza. The perfect example is the college and university students who have been assaulted, harassed, threatened and evening arrested and suffered police brutality and they are still speaking out against the genocide.
It goes much farther. If you are against giving aid to Israel you can be arrested. If you boycot Amazon or Google you can be arrested. Combined this with the Patriot act, you can be jailed indefinitely without a trial like Israel.
