I have dry skin and the Klairs “Unscented” Supple Preparation toner is BOMB! I also layered it with the 7 skin layering method and it worked really well. 🥰

The water cream contains Rosemary extract that irritate skin for prolong usage, i am so disappointed kelly didn't even bother to mention it and promote it like holy grail. My skin sensitized broke out badly after use it for 2 months.

The Klairs Fundamental Eye Awakening Gel and Nourishing Eye Butter are bae. I use them morning and night and have even gotten my sister hooked on them.❤️
ha! one of my fav brands. :) I think I'd agree with this ranking. I'm just missing my freshly juiced vitamin e mask. I love to use it as a day moisturizier on top of my vitamin c and under a sunscreen, esp. in dry/cold months.
Dude I'm OBSESSED with the fundamental mist of theirs. I have dry, dehydrated, sensitive skin and it truly gives me glass skin.

I have dehydrated, combo skin leaning dry, and that klairs fundamental water gel is quickly becoming my favorite moisturizer of all time 😍 I bought it originally as a daytime product, but I’ve been preferring it to heavier creams at night paired with the iunik vitamin sleeping pack. My skin has never been so hydrated and comfortable this time of year!

I note that the Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop made neither list.
I had the same issue with their toner, had to give it away. Surprisingly their midnight serum gave me sensitised skin so had to stop using it as well. But I am loving their vitamin C serum and their bb cream is the only base makeup I use now. I just tried their sunscreen and liking it so far. I will try the watery oil drop you keep recommending next!

I think we have very similar skin! I LOVE the watery oil drop, and couldn't at all handle the essential oils in the supple preparation toner. The unscented version was just OK to me - I've used better toners.

Thanks for your honest review, it is difficult to do so but that's the only way for the brands to improve. Skincare is competitive and being almost there is just not good enough. I haven't tried a lot of Klairs product but it gives me the same vibe as Huxley. The performance is ok but the hype is high up. I really like Eunice and Kasper from Wishtrend but can't say the same for Klairs. Back in the days when Klairs Supple Prep Toner Original and Vitamin Drop were hyped up. I got the toner but wasn't impressed, a better alternative would be Pyunkang Yul Essence toner or Hada Labo lotion with the same texture but without the essential oil hence, I never bother to try the unscented version which is more expensive. That experience didn't deter me to go ahead and buy the Vitamin Drop. It came oxidated. I didn't buy any more Klairs products thereon but the midnight blue cream has always been on my mind. Last month, I caved in and bought it, yet to use as I have more than 15 moisturisers on rotation now, I know it is nuts for having so many moisturisers but I couldn't find my best yet so I just kept getting new ones for this category. My temperamental skin either reject or get "fatigued" with moisturisers easily. I can roughly gauge my verdict of the midnight blue cream with your review.
I agree about the midnight blue calming cream. I'd probably be less sympathetic since it did nothing for me to help my inflammation, irritation or acne. I thought it would at least add a little moisture but it didn't even do that.

Driness prone, very mild rosacea redness prone skin: Im so happy ive found your channel, and i wish i had found this video before ordering Klairs products. Thought i was going crazy, because the unscented supple preparation toner does not hydrate my skin and overall just a meh product.
the original cleansing oil is actually really good at removing black heads, and that's what its marked to do. I felt like it needed some justice.
Kelly what is your favorite exclusive cica cream? Loved your video! I used a sample of the Klairs toner and didn’t smell weird but them I can’t breath through my nose at all! Glad I did not buy it! I have a couple pimples on the side of my nose and I can not get Costco pimple patches to stick there all night!

Omg. I was one of the people that just watched the juiced vitamin drops video. I was looking for vitamin C recommendations and stumbled upon that video.
i’ve been using their vit c serum for almost 2 years now and I would say it this is my holy grail, I had bad breakout before, but when I started using this, I rarely got pimples and my lines in the forehead disappeared. though the product did not promise to get rid of pimples but it did to my skin. Now I have purchased their vit e mask and will gonna it. by the way Im a she. Im just using my husband’s yt account now. 😅😅😅

I have the hydrating one, I've ordered it back in April and I still have some left! (and I've used it soo many times, layered it up, what not)
so yeah pretty affordable!
Their sunscreen burned me, I'm not kidding, I live in a hot climate country, and I've used it twice during the summer and it made me burn :(
I'm actually not a big fan of their new moisturizer, it was ok at best but not amazing imo
Their vitamin c is pretty cool! it didn't sting me or tingled or anything, but now that my skin is super sensitive I can't use it(at least in the meantime, I have used it for a couple of months and it was a very nice experience!)
I agree about their oil cleanser, it takes ages to rinse off :\ really hate it...
And I tried their eye cream through your Wishtrend box! I feel like it doesn't suit my skin as it tingles every time I try and use it, maybe I'll repurpose it :\
Overall, Klairs isn't my favorite company, there are better ones out there (way more affordable) that do not use fragrance\ EO

FR FR, the Fundamental Water Gel and the Fundamental Watery Oil Drop?!?!?! PERFECTION! You can't go wrong with those. Also, the Hydrating Water (a toner) is AHmazing! It seems like it's expensive, but the bottle is 500 mLs!!! Its also a great toner.😊😊😊

You have. Lot of my same favs and not so favs. Pretty much everything on your list for “not so favs” I have purchased and didn’t like, wasn’t impressed, or my skin didn’t like. I am just now trying out the unscented supple toner, not wildly impressed with it so far but yea... have away the black cleansing oil to my mom who doesn’t mind fragrance and can’t wait to try to new one (you have me hooked on the isntree micellar one (it’s the only non comedogenic one I’ve found so far) and I absolutely love EVERYTHING in the fundamental line. I own all of the products (plus a few have back ups lol) I had to shelf the watery gel cream ;( for now despite having 2 jars of it and absolutely loving it, but it does contain a few pore clogging ingredients and I’m currently trying to eliminate everything and then slowly add things back in so I can pinpoint exactly which products are clogging my skin/causing my acne. Overall fantastic video as always Kelley!

Do you think that the fundamental gel cream will be moisturizing enough this winter? I love the other products in the fundamental line but still hesitant. I am on fence of also trying the new glow recipe hyaluronic plum product. I am just still tight in my inner cheeks near nose, especially when I smile ugh!
I’m rather meh with the unscented toner, but I have gotten used to it. It was given to me by a friend so I’m using it up while I’m looking for something else...I’ve tried a few others so far but have my eyes in the Purito unscented toner. Also, I wanna add that some citrus eos are photo sensitivity stable, for lack of a better term ( there is one, but I’ve forgotten). I’m definitely interested in the fundamentals line.

The midnight blue calming is by far the best calming and soothing cream for me. It calm down redness so fast compared to keep cool or missha cica cream. I am so surprised that you said it is just average. I see other influencers also praise this cream as holy grail.
I use the midnight blue cream for years and it never fail to calm down my irritated skin. Definitely my all time favorite.
Your comment makes me tempted to buy it. What is your skin type? Those that consider this an OK product are the dry skin people, I think. Not because it's not soothing but it is not moisturising enough. Right now I really need a calming cream with the mask wearing. Time to finally try the midnight calming cream! I have the missha and it is just OK.
@@kate.m8499 I am combination skin type. You can layer the cream under moisturizer if it is too dry for you. For me, it is good enough without additional moisturizer and skin feel light and breathable under mask.
Buy the tube one instead of the jar one, it is more convenient to use and less pricey.
I agree. This product is amazing, and one of a kind. I was really appalled when Kelly said she didn't like it, and wanted to stop the video there - lol. I mean, she's entitled to her opinion, which is fine, but it's a very strange opinion when it delivers such unique results.

I agree I purchased the Klairs Midnight Blue cream and definitely was Not impressed maybe cause I used it like a moisturizer but that's how they market it so I was disappointed it did Nothing for my skin

Hi. I'm using the deep cleansing oil too but my skin just don't agree with it😂.
Just a tip in rinsing it up, massage your face (with the oil) for about a minute or so then Emulsify it with water.
Gently massage until it turns white.
Use a cleansing puff or something that you can dip into the water to gently wipe your face.
This was recommended by Wishtrendtv.
Honorable mention here: Klairs for me has the best peptide booster serum; The midnight blue Youth Activating Drop ! It literally reduced my smiles lines ! I know its not the Best of peptides and its not going to get ~rid~ of them but since I smile and laugh a lot, this is something that helps a lot to reduce and maintain my smile lines from deepening ! Plus, honesty I hated the buffet serum or copper peptides from TO, they just dont work with my other products urgh

I also wasn't terribly impressed by the midnight blue calming cream. It also really stung my sensitive nasal area, which is one of the areas I'm seeking to 'calm'
I need to add a worst, the mineral sunscreen, the blue one. The white cast is a prank, like wet flour AND it pills over everything. I can't even use it as a hand cream

I think it's interesting that our opinions are basically completely the opposite. Pretty much all the products you categorized as "best" I would call the "worst". This just shows you how subjective and individual skincare can be haha

Yeah there supple toner scented or unscented both are really sticky. I dont like any of them. But I like vit e mask, gives u glow n healthy skin but not for acne prone skin.
There are def worse products from Klairs but this was a cool video! Surprised I didn't see the two toners with the huge bottles lol

Also the klair gentle black deep cleansing oul: we need to talk about the horrible scent of this product, its a very artifical, masked kind of smell, i had to give it to somebody, becauee it made me feel sick. Dont like the texture either, and ive tried so many cleansing oils and balms its my favorite category :)

Yes, disappointed in the wish trend box that contained the Deep Clean cleansing oil. It sits on the top of the skin when rinsing. Even though I double cleanse, I can’t get it off!!
I've used mine in the shower, seems to help the filmy feeling a lot!

I guessed you didn’t like the Klairs Unscented Toner that much because I’ve not seen you mention it once in like a year. It’s the first toner I’ve ever used and I do remember within a few weeks of starting one of my aunts commented on how fine my skin was looking, and this year I was kinda living out of my suitcase for a month with minimal skincare bc I had to take it with me in flight and I missed this. However, I don’t know if this is because of the product itself or because it was an extra burst of hydration and i didn’t really have any other products with betaglucan, green tea, liquorice root extract or copper tripeptide-1...
I really like the midnight blue cream as a day moisturiser for mild weather, for winter to spring or summer to autumn before the really hot or really cold temperatures hit which is actually when my skin has the biggest freak outs.
I’m quite intrigued to try the supple all over lotion as a face moisturiser (not for winter, or at least not without mixing some oils in) because that’s a big bottle of face cream if it works.

One of the alternatives she mentioned in the past is Missha Madecanol cream.

Hi you're too diplomatic with their cleansinng oil. It is the worst cleansing oil I've tried. impossible to rinse off other than with a cleansing gel.

I wanted to try KLAIRS vitamin C serum so bad!!! But I didn’t buy it because the essential oils.
I would disagree on the toner. Been using the klairs unscented toner and it has helped my skin become hydrated when I was having dry, sensitized skin. But I would agree with the midnight blue calming cream being the worst. I tried to use it on my dry sensitized skin and it burned so bad. I thought it would calm my skin but it didn't work.
