For me Jewish and Christian Kabbalah showed me a perspective on God and religion in a way so beautiful, ineffable and divine that it can't be put into words. Sadly most modern churches have kept regressing over the thousands of years since the death of Jesus because of politics and higher church officials keeping information away or intentionally preaching useless things that barely invigorates your soul.
