@COMET RESTORATION sir another question 💚i have existing paint planning to rub it .. after i rub the existing clear layer can i paint flat black and then spray with a matte clear?

I love your craftsmanship and creativity! Just that the bikes you restore are - in my opinion - often not worth the effort as the frame and the original parts are simply junk.

You could make new systems on the bike! Front is just one speed, and a new model bottom bracket etc...
