@@jimin7997 yeah, but it's not like you have to be fluent to sing in a language. you can memorize lines and learn how to pronounce them correctly. they do this all the time when kpop groups do japanese songs or even when they sing english lines. p1harmony also did cover of english songs and I'm pretty sure most of the members aren't fluent, but Soul still didn't get that many lines. Any survival shows with non-korean trainees (i.e: Girls Planet 999) are proof that you can sing in Korean even when not fluent. if the problem is that they think he wouldn't be able to sing long parts live, they can divide his lines throughout the song/give some of the others' lines to him.
