In this recipe, I use mild Italian sausage, hot Italian sausage, and ground beef. Please make it your own. Added green peppers, mushrooms or more!

Ingredients
Cheese mixture:
Cottage Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Parmesan cheese
2 Eggs
Parsley
Fresh Basil
Meat Sauce:
1/2 lb mild Italian Sausage
1/2 lb Hot Italian Sausage
1 lb ground beef
garlic powder
onion powder
Italian seasoning
black pepper
Seasoned Salt
Spinach
green pesto
tomato sauce
diced tomatoes
white wine vinegar
you can add chopped fresh garlic and onions as well
other:
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
cook lasagna noodles
Instructions:
add meat sauce to the bottom of the pan
next three lasagna noodles (cooked to box instructions)
then spread layer of cheese mixture
add layer of shredded mozzarella cheese
add sauce, repeat
my very last layer I switch up the sauce and mozz. sauce goes on right after the cheese mixture and I add mozz to the very top to get that bubbly crust.
