- The defence lawyer for four of the five men accused of murdering Senzo Meyiwa, Advocate Malesela Teffo, has been arrested in court. It happened moments after he told the court he couldn't proceed with his cross-examination, after he received death threats.
Legal Analyst, Advocate Romeo Nthambeleni, and Labour Relations Officer at POPCRU, Yabo Ntimane, weigh in on today's arrest and Teffo's conduct.

I already said that the way the judge has been hostile was unbecoming you could see that Adv Teffo presence in this case is making almost several people uncomfortable....
It is strange that both the Prosecutor and the Judge were the only ones who knew that the case would be be postponed to May 30-June 15. Adv. Mshololo was readying herself for her cross-examination of her client, accused no.5 on Tuesday. That is what is called connivance.

This case was planned long before Senzo was killed and Top official are involved they try to disturb the proceedings of the case.they saw that Mosia was under fire they arrested Tefo

Why didn't they tell him his rights while they were arresting him secondly why they didn't want to tell him the reasons of being arrested last but not list if u can check the date for his arrest was on January and he got arrested on April. Can they make us understand why this much delay
