Once your updated when you press TVGuide you will be taken to the home page with TVGuide hi lighted. From there you can either press TVGuide again or Select to view the TVGuide. If you want to go back to the currant channel your watching in the TVGuide from live tv just press the BackUp button (sometimes you may need to press it twice).
So when I press 'TV Guide' button on my remote, I won't be taken directly to 'TV Guide' but a homepage instead, and from there I have to select 'TV Guide'. Seems a bit counter intuitive.
So... tvguide is no longer that???? Are you going to send me a new remote, i don't want to be spammed what i can buy or download when i just want the tvguide as you have changed it and i am not happy can i cancel my sub?
Hi there Arif, your box will be automatically update without a Broadband Connection however, the great new features and services available via Sky On Demand will only be available if your box is connected to the internet. There is not an opt out for this update however, you can continue to access your Live TV guide via the short links on the new Homepage as well as instant access to programming you may have missed via Sky On Demand / Catch up. I have a wireless 2tb hd box , how will it update? I don't have broadband connected to box. Will it still update ? My box is built in Wi fi.
