Yes, Babara Parkins was a real movie-star. There are actors and more actors, but Ms. Parkins was a true-blue movie star. When you look at her, you see someone ethereal with that thick raven black hair and mesmerizing eyes. She was also a very good dramatic actor. She had her place in the sun for a very short time. She was totally under-utilized by the studios and under-appreciated by movie and TV fans. . She certainly deserved much more.
