Stand still and do not attempt to walk for a few minutes. Your blood pressure will even out and come back up. Then try walking. Also make sure you are drinking lots of water so you do not get dehydrated. The hot feeling you are having is from hormones that change when you are pregnant. It is not unusual. Make sure you are taking folic acid vitamin or a prenatal vitamin containing it. By the time you are in your second trimester, 4 months along many of these issues will go away. You body is growing a baby and it is adjusting to the tiny human you are growing.

Buenos días binh y duong me gustan mucho tus videos no me pierdo ninguno cuando uno está embarazada hay que cuidarse mucho los primeros meses de gestación no te levantes muy rápido por ejemplo cuando estés acostada o sentada te puede dar mareos levántate pico a pico para equilibrar el cuerpo toma bastante agua y una cosa muy importante súper IMPIRTANTE debes ya de ver a un médico para que te haga un chequeo de mujeres en gestación para q te mandé las pastillas correspondientes para el embarazo para ti y para la bebe y muy importante mi niña no vallas sola ve con duong tienes q caminar mucho para que el te ayude muchas bendiciones para los 2s y esa bebé que viene en camino dios los llene de mucha salyd y muchas bendiciones ah y ya nosotros estamos ansiosos pir que se casen y sean nas felices y veras q esa preocupaciin que tienes pir dentro en que desirles a tu familiares veras que cuando se casen tw vas a sentir mas tranquila que dios le de muchas bendiciones a esta unión ❤❤❤
