Wringing out Water on the ISS - for Science!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 15 кві 2013
- 2013-04-16 - CSA Astronaut Chris Hadfield performed a simple science experiment designed by grade 10 Lockview High School students Kendra Lemke and Meredith Faulkner. The students from Fall River, Nova Scotia won a national science contest held by the Canadian Space Agency with their experiment on surface tension in space using a wet washcloth.

Yet it’s perfectly safe in a space station to have water floating around with all that electricity but if you drop your phone, tv, computer, remote, microwave or anything else electrical in water they almost instantly cut out and damage whatever it is. The microphone goes down because he pushed it ever so slightly downwards when he released it. However, your'e right that there is "gravity in space". It is the earth's gravity that keeps the ISS in orbit instead of flying off into space. But from the perspective of the interior of the ISS, there is no gravitational acceleration relative to any other part of the ISS.
