I have a realme X2 pro for 2 years now and it charges at 50 W, the phones goes to 100% within 30 mins. After 2 years of usage I still get around 5.5 to 6hrs of SoT till the battery drops to 20%. Brand new I used to get around 6.5-7hrs. So yes, the battery degraded but it's fine and expected. No sudden crashes or shut downs.
Battery health IS actually logged natively by Android (since Android 7.1 or 8 I believe-its present in Android 9). But it requires root to view. Usually it's in /sys/class/power_supply/battery folder in the filesystem root-then open charge_full for actual capacity and charge_design for rated capacity as text files, divide the number shown by 1000 for getting mAh. You can get health percent by (charge_full/charge_design)*100. Android should have APIs to expose this and OEMs should really make use of this ability.

Or it could be msmxtended. It could also be just something the rom builder added. Check these roms out and see if it shows up on your device.

I use 30w fast charge and i gotta say it gets pretty warm. I considered using a 10w brick to bring down the speed as i dont face the need to charge my phone so fast. However, the brick began to heat up a lot.

I have never been able to maintain good battery health, be it a 5W Apple iPhone (4s & 6), 20W OnePlus 6, 18W LG G8X 😅 So I always prefer a fast charger and getting the battery replaced at about 18 months or so...
In Samsung Galaxy s series you've got Samsung members in which you can run the whole diagnostic process on your device....check it out maybe mi wont have to come up with something for the battery health and also it's not android phone's fault...samsung does show

why everyone only talks about call recording disaster of google dialer? when I talk to my mom on call i most of the time switch to video call (that's what 4G was launched for), google dialer dows not have a button to switch to video call (it takes you to another app named duo disconnecting voice call) which is biggest issue as per me

Do pixels show health anywhere? Just asking cause even on custom roms I don't see battery health inbuilt anywhere in the settings.
