    Yeah it is here in the US. I used to do the same thing but for Mavis a tire company pick orders of tires put them on the pallet. Have to ride up to almost the ceiling to pick some tires.

    ha yeah, at homedepot standing on the pallet on the back of the OP/order picker/cherry picker with the bed off is a big no no, unless you have a cool boss lol.. but with bed on, we go up to the lights of the warehouse and leave the OP and stand on the racking.. oh and you enter from behind where the bed is or in his case, where the pallet is and stand inside to drive, the harness is attached to a free spooling fall stop wire which is attached to the OP driver cage, and the driver cage goes up with the bed.. its really fun to drive! you can go up and down while moving 😁

      Very cool, he said he wears a harness too when he goes up higher. But still kinda sketchy if he walks on the pallet up that high.

    How do I build strong corners and tie them in together as I build for support?

    • @xqeze
      @xqeze 8 місяців тому

      Don't put your small boxes on the corner. Your corners should consist of large heavy boxes. You build like stacking bricks. Each layer overlaps the next.

    How many people make it past probation vs don’t make it out of every 10?

    • @xqeze

      It changes depending on how badly we need people or how many hours we are working. When we were working 18 hour shifts everyday it was 0 out of 10. Normal hours and decently staffed maybe 3 out of 10.

      To me that thing looks insane. He told me he goes up 5 levels on that thing to grab boxes.

    The cherry picker has a platform that is pretty much the same size of the pallet jack platform if not bigger. He is not riding on the forks. The forks are behind him. The cherry picker is pretty much a reach truck with the forks positioned behind you.

      Yeah, I clarified that in the following video. It still seems sketchy stepping on a white wood pallet up in the air. Even if you aren't supposed to step on it without a harness, i garrentee people are. The whole machine seems like an unnecessary danger.

      Yeah, the cherry pickers are for warehouses with limited space. And stepping on the pallet or the forks is not allowed. @@xqeze
