- President Paul Kagame has said that nobody can bring him to his knees no matter what circumstances and that’s the stance of Rwanda as a whole.
The president was this morning launching the 16th National Leadership retreat.
The retreat is an important meeting where central and local government leaders and the private sector meet for candid talks about the life of the country.
The more I listen to this man, the more I feel so much pride in being African. He is the only African leader that makes me feel that way

I have listened carefully to President Kalama’s, and I began to think about many Rwandese living with us and we don’t have problem with them. These Rwandans, have long stayed and do not think of going back to Rwanda. Then if you people begin to fight at that leave it might defiantly trickle down to the less powerful. In my thinking all the two presidents begin to tall harsh words then there will be more outcry. Currently we Rwandese. And other foreigners from across Africa either leaving as refugees or working in Uganda. These people are contributing to our development we have to love them and stay in peace with them. If torture and unlawful arrest of foreigners are there then they should be resolved amicably. Rwandans cannot leave on their own alone, just like Uganda we need each other we are brothers and sisters.
I remember almost in every University in Uganda there are vibrant Rwandese communities that grace the university ceremonies and we love them. Why should these come at such a time? I’m quite sure of the ministers in the government of Kagame, 80 percent of them might have probably attended their university schooling in Uganda plus any other Rwandese and these people cannot be debarred from coming to Uganda for many other reasons. Why should we become against each other if there are many things in common that groomed us together. There will always be problems among brothers but we need to solve them and life goes on

Well this is the issue with Africa, we fail to see our similarities and we hold on to our differences when in fact I can not even tell the difference of a Ugandan from a Rwandan. This issue going on between my country and Uganda should be raised in the AU parliament and resolved peacefully. In the event where Africa has very ambitious goals, having wars among each other will only hinder it from executing their ambitions. If the AU fails to resolve and dissolve conflicts between African countries then it is a failed AU. If Sisi the current AU president doesn’t bring this issue to the table and solve it then all the other leaders of the AU should come together without him and fix these issues. If the transgressor from one of the rivalries insists on wanting to cause harm to the other despite the AU dispute resolution, the AU and other African nations should be willing to back the one who agrees to peace with all its military strength. There should not be a joke about matters like these because they are what has plundered Africa in a state of disrepair and distraction in the past. If the AU doesn’t step in then it is useless. Paul Kagame should encourage and advise other AU members to hold a meeting and discuss solutions or a peaceful way forward to resolve this issue.

Because now he has full filled his first Conditions of state control to make a "choice" .. He then started collecting ideas freely and started rebuilding his devastated country from scratch point... The third step which is an equally important for any nation to understand is that you make sure you never paunse back but to keep leaping forward... But hold on.. HOW do you keep going once you surrounded by a nasty unfavourite environment and cynical politics? I BELEIVE thats what he's warning about here to his people ... A world is not a perfect place for choice but exactly an opposite face exist and KAGAME knows well that RUANDESE people got choice here now but if they dont understand well about that environment that surround them... then....

Its always the weaker party in a conflict that speaks alot in self defense . The tone in kagame's voice shows alot of fear for his life and indirect acknowledgement of Ugandas superiority . I think he shouldnt involve our Rwandese brothers and sisters in this mess. if Rwandese trust him, why do they flee to uganda in big numbers?.
