Omg yes. I love crime shows and such but i can rarely watch them anymore bc it gives me such anxiety and i already have anxiety lol i tol my husband we can only watch comedy movies before bed and it really has made a difference!

I'm just like that too when it comes to true crime!! Especially certain things makes me feel very sad and angry and listening those things really is quite harmful to me but you just can't stop😂😂😂

I literally ran over my pink razor with my car. I dropped it, couldn't find it, so I backed up. It had a tie mark on the outside, but it was perfectly fine. My son's first cell phone was a basic phone, that's all he needed. I didn't get him an android until he was in high school, he went to virtual high school, and cold dip everything from his phone.
I used to binge watch COPS and everytime I was out on the road I felt this rush like we were about to be pulled over and I was going to embark on a high speed chase 🤣 had to stop watching for a while. My anxiety was off the roof.

Its so true, true crime overload is really toxic. I love the stuff and work in the criminal justice system and it gets to be alot. I had to start forcing myself to consume positive content or just other topics.
